Road Map

The firm will adopt a phased growth model that begins with a lean free-zone setup and evolves into a fully licensed Dubai Municipality–approved consultancy as revenue and market traction increase.

Operate through a free-zone entity to enter the market with low overhead, focusing on concept design, feasibility, and early-stage planning. Authority-driven work is delivered through structured partnerships with mainland engineering consultancies, allowing the firm to build revenue, a portfolio, and client relationships without the cost of a full mainland setup.
